Terms of service

By commissioning my service, you automatically agree to these conditions:

  1. Payment will be conducted through paypal. see the payment workflow section below for more info.

  2. No chargeback allowed under any circumstances after i've started working on a project. I will contact you when i'm about to start working on it.

  3. Please give proper credits in the description of the video if you upload it to youtube. for tiktok, twitter, instagram, facebook, and other social media; you can give the credits in the reply section instead.

  4. I hold the right to not accept a commission. Political, religious, or uncomfortably controversial content will have a high chance of not being accepted. even if i fully agree with the message.

  5. I hold the right to use my editing to advertise myself.

  6. No major revisions after storyboard is done.

Payment workflow:
→ Give me the VOD / footage / script.
→ I will make rough cuts and send them to you.
→ Choose which projects you want to proceed with.
→ We will set the price & I will give the payment details.
→ I will start working after the payment has been done.

Scripted Shorts / Clips

- Script is not included, though i'd be open to help &/ guide you in making the script.

Vod/footage diving

- if you give more than 10m of footage for 1 project, this fee will apply.
- I'll exclude the obvious prolonged moments of silence from the price.
- Timestamps or a general idea of where the interesting moments are will be appreciated.

- Only available for videos made by me

If you are interested in commissioning me.Due to the prevalence of bots on discord, you might get blocked if you start the conversation with only 'hi' or 'hello' and no other context afterwards. Transparency

  • Quality above all else, I won't settle for less. My commission is currently closed, but if you are serious about creating great content that we both can be proud of, then feel free to contact me.

  • I may need more time for first time customers. i need to get the 'vibe' and to properly research your established/desired editing style, or the editing style that will suit your content best.

  • The price will depend heavily on how complex the editing needs to be. the better the hook / the storyline, the less editing it needs.

  • With the nature of my work, there is a chance that i will act not only as an editor, but as a creative assistant, even a director, depending on the content. if you are not sure about whether a clip or an idea can be made into a video, feel free discuss it with me first.

  • I have been learning and researching about thumbnails for quite a while. i understand the basics & importance of a good thumbnail, but i am not a thumbnail artist specifically. with that being said, i still offer a service to make thumbnails for cheap in case you want to keep the process simple.

  • We can try to influence the amount of views, but it highly depends on a lot of things that are out of our control. i can't give any guarrantee on that. what i can help you with my editing is viewer's retention.

  • You may have seen my motion graphic works & debut trailers. But I currently don't offer a commission for one.

  • No rush services. I want to properly keep up the quality of the videos.
